Hard Work and Leadership

    For any leader to be successful, they must think deeply about what is happening around them. This concept can be thought of as meditation or brooding. Great leaders must be tremendously hard workers, both physically and mentally. Christians can use prayer as a way to engage God in conversation about how a particular group should be led or what next actions need to be taken. When I discuss brooding and meditation, I use these words in the Christian sense.
