Love, Trust and Follow- Part II (Cassandra Nader)
Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to the purpose’
When you love someone, and you know that they love you, you trust them. You know that they will not do anything to bring you harm, they will never lead you into danger. As an infant, or small child knows to trust their parents, we must know to trust God. He is our Father and he can supply all our needs.
Did your parents ever toss you up in the air when you were little? Kids seem to love it when adults do that. They don’t second guess them, they don’t say “ hey dad I don’t know if this is such a great idea…” They let their parents have control over the situation because they trust them not to let them fall.
God will never leave us or forsake us. He will never let us fall. He is always with us, guiding us, protecting us, loving us. We just have to be aware, and listen, and trust Him.
